A six-week online course for women doing deep relational inner work - specifically around the patterns, wounds, and self-betrayals that formed in relationship with emotionally immature or narcissistic caregivers. It's not surface-level. It's designed to work with the nervous system and the unconscious patterns driving self-sacrifice. 

It's not therapy, and it's not a replacement for it. It's structured education and guided inner work - the kind that helps you understand why you're stuck, not just that you're stuck. Many women do this work alongside individual therapy. Some find it's the missing piece their therapy never quite reached.

The pilot runs in fall 2026. Exact dates go to the waitlist first. Plan for approximately 3-4 hours per week - enough to go deep, designed to be doable for busy women who are ready to prioritize themselves.

The pilot is $997. This is the lowest price Sacred Self-Trust will ever be offered - the full course launching in 2027 will be priced higher. In exchange for the founding rate, pilot participants will be asked to provide feedback and a testimonial at the end. Waitlist members hear about enrollment before anyone else.
